[1000mp] Dial read out

Hello Don:

Menu 3.2 allows you to change the bar graph format over the main tuning dial 
to be either DIAL or CLARIFIER.

Select DIAL in the menu, and the bar graph will allow you to be within 1 Hz 
of the desired frequency.  When you select the option, and try it, you will 
see how it works.
