[1000mp] problem solved

My thanks to UT5RP and WX5L who put me on the right track to solve my power
problem.

I had checked everything in the computer programs separately and checked the
radio. But, I did not check the RigBlaster. I had installed a new tuner and
evidently when I moved the RigBlaster the MIC OUTPUT plug was pulled half
out and caused the problem as I am using AFSK. Moral- when you think you
have checked "everything" check again as you probably have not.
