[1000mp] Upper half display dark.......

Hello everybody,
after some days of no use, I've run my 1000MP to join
the CQWW SSB Contest and found the upper area of the
display dark :-((
It seems also that the lower part has some random
tips lighted and the S-Meter bar runing in the right
way, also if located on the upper dark side.
I just gave a look to the interesting notes at
http://www.va3cr.net/1000MP/Problems/DisplayRepair.htm
but it seems to be not exactly the same problem.
Any other's bad experience like my one?
