[1000mp] 1000MP Power Supply Problem

FT-1000MP optional built-in AC Power Supply Assembly (Q7000166) is
giving me a problem. The output voltage has dropped to around 6-8 volts,
not even enough to drive the display. The voltage is also very unstable.
There is no Yaesu part nr on the power supply but when I opened it up I
found the PCB marked : FUTABA FP 1406A. Does anyone have a circuit
diagram for this power supply? Or have you experienced a similar
problem? Thanks for any help you can give.
