Hello Mike,

Thank you for this sugestion, in my radio don´t work.

After some day "inside de radio" I have found the problem!

The 25MHz resonator that generate the clock in the radio CPU became out of
frequency.

Since the radio CPU "talk" to the tuner CPU via serial, the baud-rate are
wrong because this.

Using a frequency counter the frequency found are 24.21MHz.

After change the resonator for a new one, my counter shows 24.98MHz and the
tuner start to work very fine again.

I have returned the old resonator to check again, and the tuner stop one
more time, confirming that the resonatos are the cause.

Thank you to all friends that have send me sugestions to fix this problem.

Regards,
Marcus - PP5MS

Hello Marcus,

Put your radio into cw mode and reduce your output to about 25 watts.

While sending a series of dits at about 25 wpm, depress and hold the tune
button while the swr meter in the radio is indicating.

This should cause the tuner to tune and memorize the final settings.

Hope this might work for you.

73 and Happy DXing,

Mike

Hello Larry,

Thank you for the answer.

Unhappyly the problem is not the memories being full. I have follow the
procedures to reset and the rig still the same...

When to discover (I hope to) I write to group to tell what he caused the
malfunction.
