[1000mp] 10 watt operation

Well, my Mk 5's final transistors draw 4 amps key up and 5 amps at 10 watts 
input, versus 14 amps at 200 watts, according to the front-panel 
meter.  Without looking at the schematic, I'd say that indicates reduced 
drive and reduced efficiency at the lower power level, assuming the 
metering is anything like accurate.
