[1000mp] Locating the offending oscillator

Look at the TUNER ... seems I recall a recent
post about a tuner problem <another problem, not
the 6m birdie> being the clock crystal in it.

BTW, my MP are 1995/1996 'vintage' here, the
first year of production was late 1995 IIRC.
