[1000mp] mark V menu 9 etc access

Menu 9 is the "hidden" menu. The manual does not mention it. It contains 
factory settings which were not intended by the maker to be changed. 
However, menu 9-1, which sets IF gain, is of interest when one alters 
the IF chain, e.g. by installing a roofing filter, etc.

To access, turn off the radio. Hold down FAST, LOCK and ENT while 
powering on. Then, FAST+ENT as normal to access the memories, but now 
the "9" memories are available.
