[1000mp] power output question

Do you have an external power meter that can verify
the output? It is important to determine if the meter
circuitry is at fault.
Also, sometimes when running very low power, the
automatic antenna tuner may not work correctly -
although 20W for PSK should be ok. You might try
resetting the radio to the defaults (after noting your
favorite settings) and see if this helps.
