Check the CLAR lower right corner and press clear. Sounds like you may have
the TX clar pressed and have an offset programmed.

All, I have seen some great info exchanged here.  Now it is my turn to ask
for help.  This morning I noticed that the frequency from receive to
transmit is off.  As example, Receive 14.085.00  Transmit 14.084.98.
Any ideas or suggestions.
