[1000mp] FT-1000MP Mark V FSK Trouble

Hello,

After replacing a faulty FSK interface(Buxcomm Rascal) my Mark V only
transmits the high tone. The laptop is running MMTTY selected FSK. I hear
the diddles from the laptop and the new interface LED indicates the diddles.
I checked on Pin 1 of the cable to the Mark V and indeed it's opening and
closing to ground, but all the rig does is send a continuous high tone 2295
hz no diddling back and forth from high to low.

Any idea's?
