I left my power supply running continuously for about four years, but 
now the fan has gotten a bit noisy. It's not terrible, but I can hear it 
running, and that wasn't the case until recently. I opened up the power 
supply and looked at it. I don't see a way to lubricate the fan. There 
was some dust inside the power supply, but not nearly as much as I find 
inside my computers, which are also left on 24/7.
