[1000mp] mark V menu 9 etc access

Sorry, mistaked!!!
Press either LOCK & FAST and turn Radio to ON.
Then as usualy press FAST & ENT. To select menu
item rotate VRF/MEM CH Knob. To save changes
and leave Menu pres ENT. Now is all OK.
