Hello Lou:
I drive two speaker consoles in parallel with my Mark V, using both the SP
8, and the Kenwood SP 230. I just use the speaker output and split it with
a Y adapter.
Currently, I run an Orion II as well, the same way, using the Ten Tec
console and the SP 8.
I like the spatial effect, with one speaker on the left and 6 inches above
my radio, the other on the right at the same height as my radio. I can not
tell where the sound is originating from.
I also use baffles in both speaker consoles made from foam rubber.
73 and Happy DXing,
Mike
