Hi all....
I think this is one of the weakest point of the FT100MP
(muting signal).
In my case it was two times always faulty relays,
RL1002, RL1005 at the RF-Unit.
It was never the antenna relays at the RF-output
ANT1 and ANT2.
I discussed this matter also with a technican at
the HAM RADIO in Friedrichshafen.
They didn´t gave me detailed information but told me,
that this defects "sometimes" occure.
It seems that the relay are to sensitive for static
voltages.
I had this problem twice and since I´m always disconnect
the antenna when the rig is not in operation, I have since
years no problem at all.
73!
Thomas
