[1000mp] Slight Frequency Adjustment Mark V

How far off is the VFO from actual?  I have just an MP and freq. is spot on for 13 years.

I am looking for information on the procedure to make small adjustments to the VFO on my Mark V.

I would like to adjust the VFO to sync it with a known good source.
