Thanks for all the help.
Re this 25 MHz oscillator level and the bleed thru to 6m band.
The problem is a clear design fault and short of locking the 25 meg between 
top of 12M and 25.000 or covering it with a shield it is all a waste of time
The blue poly oscillator without a shield is a clear bad practice and as you 
plug in a headphone or ley or mike the 2nd harmonic and 3rd if you like 
bleeds out as if an antenna is connected.
I have 1/2 dozen new oscillators coming from JA at $3 each and I will swap 
them over until i find one that misses the international dx spectrum on 6M.
In the mean time it sits here turned off as we enter our summer e season 
because if I turn it on within a half our or so i am presented with an S9 
carrier slowly warbling its way between 50.000 band edge and 50.125 the US 
call channel.
It renders my other 6M radio ineffective.
