I continued the work:
When I assembled the IF board and cables again, and tried to measure
voltages, etc, have found that the pot resistance isn't changing
anymore, allways 6 Ohms. I investigated the pot again, and found, that
if I strongly push the knob to one side, it starts to work. So,  I have
to fix the potmeter.

Would be somebody so kind, to explain me how to remove the knobs from
the front panel? Have to take a closer look to the pot. If it isnt
repairable, how to order a replacent? Anybody knows?
