Thanks Mike. Doubt the memory is full, I actually don't remember ever
saving anything to it, but it has been a while since I used it. I'll try
the memory reset anyway, can't hurt anything.

If your SWR is 2:1, the tuner should reduce it dramatically, and you should
see full output.
If it is not working for you, your tuner memories may be full, and the
starting position for the tuner is too far from the needed capacitance to
tune to 1:1.
Do a memory reset, and then try again. The memory reset will return the
tuning capacitors to their default starting positions, from which they
should be able to tune your load close to 1:1.
I like to have the tuner operate while in CW, while sending a series of dits
at low power, perhaps 30 watts or so. Send the dits, 30 wpm, and
simultaneously press and hold the tuner button after you have done the
memory reset.
If you starting SWR is less than 2:1, it should tune nicely, returning you
to full power output with no foldback.
