[1000mp] ORIGINAL FACTORY SETTINGS - HIDDEN MENU 9.1

I would be obliged if some kind person could advise the process of reinstating  the factory Menu Settings for the FT1000MP V.
Abou 2/3 years back I installed the INRAD Roofing Filter mod, but failed to note the original factory 9.1 setting, but would like to re-visit the installation process, particularly the IF gain matter.
I recall seeing an answer to my request a while back on this Reflector, but am unable to locate the relative post.
