I was pretty sure that I had tried this but I did it again to make sure I have
not missed anything. The results are the same. The digital readouts for
both VFO's read the same, but "A" has a CW or SSB station calling CQ
contest, "B" has band noise. The band noise seems real as I can occasionally
hear it change and band conditions change. I just don't seem to be able to
change the frequency of the sub receiver, even though the digital readout
says I am. Arrrrrrrrrrrgh!

Thank You everyone for all of the email and advice. I really appreciate
everyones input. CQWW is fast approaching and I want to get this fixed. I
hope to operate some of the contest from N0NI's, but we have out of town
guests so I will have to be here for much of it. I would love to be able to
work a little DX in the mornings before everyone gets up. I know, not
everyone will operating split, but some of the folks I need will be, as
everyone else needs them also.

Steve
