Hi Steve,
I didn't understand your problem. To me, everything seems normal so far. I
work with exactly the same configuration when working split. And I've
configured AF-output on the stereo-headphone in a manner, that you hear
VFO-A on the left ear and with -6dB on the right ear. VFO-B can be heard on
the right ear and with -6dB on the left ear. So when reducing the volume of
one receiver, I can hear the other one on both ears, of course with some
difference in the volume.
HW? -... -.-

Betreff: 100mp mark-v field odd problem with 2nd receiver
List,
I fired up my radio this morning on 40M Selected dual, and split,
transmitting on vfo-b. Normally I hear the the sub receiver in my right
ear, and the receive vfo in my left ear. This morning I can hear band static
from vfo b sub receiver but no signals on any band.
I noticed that if I turn down the volume on vfo a, I can hear the static
from
vfo b in both ears, and if i turn down vfo b i can hear a in both ears.
Vfo a appears to work normally
Vfo b sub receiver I can hear band noise which changes when I change modes
but
no signals. The band noise disappears when I disconnect the antenna. The
symptoms are the same no matter which band I try.
Any ideas?
Steve
