[1000mp] 1000MP Low power output

I have a 1000MP that was bought in 1997, SN 6H120078

It has been working just fine. I spent a week on the road and when I turned
on the radio after letting it sit for a week the power out had dropped.
SSB, RTTY are now at 25 watts and FM is at about 45 watts into a 50 dumb
load.
Have any of you seen this before and what was the problem.  All menu setting
are normal(100 watts) and I have NOT reset the radio yet.
