[1000mp] FT9000 logging software

I don't have one of these - sticker shock.  Chatter on the Logger32 
reflector indicates that using FT2000 settings with it work.  YMMV.  
FYI: Logger32 is free and does about everything and anything you'd 
expect or would think you might want from a logging program (other than 
hard core contesting specific).  Lots of MP users, with many other rigs
