 you problem with the rceiver is related to a relay problem in the VRF chain
 (one or more relays)  and it has to do with the VRF control.
 Have a look at the following page in the Internet:

 It is better to try  first the QSL NET and than go ahead to find the page
of
 our  italian friend who has the courage to do the repair by himself hi
  This is a known problem due to the very delicate Relays Yaesu is using
 there.(poor quality and design)
 You can avoid  the problem to a certain extent not using the VRF at all.
