have you already tried switching between different filters (if you have
additional filters at all)? The additional filters are plugged in and held
in place by a kind of snap-in clamp. Maybe one of the filters got bad
contact by the transportation vibrations.

You could easily check this by removing and again plugging in the filters.
The procedure is clearly described in the manual (at least where to find the
filters and how to plug them in).
