[1000mp] New owner question

Hi All,

I just my Mark V, that I bought from Ebay. It seems to be working fine, 
execpt that none of the keys work. All dials seems to work just fine. 
When I try some of the CAT progams available, it seems that all works 
fine, receive is great. The PTT button on the mic works fine ass well. 
Also when I do a full reset (sub / 29 / ent + power on) that seems to 
work. The class A button shows a red led and also the AF rev button 
shows a red led. I have tried all three versions of the reset, I have 
had the backup battery removed for an extended period of time, while the 
power supply was disconected. Also I checked all visible cable links, 
inside the rig. I also found some things on the internet about having 
some wrong cable in the back, locking up the keyboard. I have had all 
cables removed, just the power connected but no succes.

So if anyone on this reflector has any good ideas, I would be very open 
to them. Else I'll drop it of at the local dealer, but I would be 
unhappy to find that I just missed something simple.
