Thanks for the input. I'm glad your results have been similar to mine, we
use the identical algorithms in the BHI devices.
Another way of looking at the need for the improvement, is to ask the
question, "how many operators use the audio DSP" in their Mark V?
The input I have received on that question is also interesting, with most
stating that they do not use it at all. My personal experience is that it
reduces the noise, and significantly reduces the intelligibility of
recovered speech, so that it is useless on weak signals.
