[1000mp] New List Administrator

Zoli,
There is no "default" on where replies should be sent. Some lists have
replies go to the list, other go to individuals. Most of the lists I
belong to default to the group, not the individual.

I prefer that replies go to the list. That way, permanent information
that could be of use to many isn't just going to one person.

It's easy to make sure messages are private. All you have to do is make
sure their e-mail and not the list's is in the "to:" box. This really
shouldn't be that much of a problem.

Mike: I vote to leave the default to the list.

73 all around and welcome aboard Mike!

If someone should wishes to send a post to the entire list, he should add the 1000mp at mailman.qth.net to the adressee field (marked with To:) . The current setting is just the opposite. All replies - just as your private reply to Garry - are sent to ALL list members.
