Hi Bill,

In that rig you have 2 choices of tone sets at menu 6-2. The mark freq of
the Hi-tones is 2125 Hz and the mark of the Low-tones is 1275 Hz. This is a
difference of 850 Hz or a .85 kHz which is close to your measured .87 kHz.
To fix this set menu 6-2 to Hi-tones. You want to do this anyway because
you can use your narrow filters if you choose the Hi-tones. BTW I hope you
have the setting in menu 6-3 to oFFSEt and not cArriEr. This will get you
closer to cluster spots.

New to this radio so pardon the question:

When using RTTY in FSK mode(lsb) and tx on freq e.g. 3580 those receiving me
see me on that freq but when they respond I see them as being .87khz lower.

I'm using MMTTY and microKeyer.

Is this an offset that is programmed in the rig?

Bill
