[1000mp] USB to serial adapter used for FT1000MP?

I had the same problem.
Perfectly working USB to serial with Kenwood 930S, but does not work
with 1000MP.
I found that there is only one solution: using docking stations. They
have serial ports, and now its working FB for me.
