[1000mp] USB to serial adapter used for FT1000MP?

   I recently purchased a Belkin USB to serial adapter for CAT control of my 
MP. It will not work. I can get the CAT light to light up on the rig when 
trying to change frequency, etc but then I get a timeout from the computer 
and the rig does not do a thing nor does the computer grab ffrequency, etc. 
from the rig.. All of the standard port settings have been set, verified, 
etc. What working USB to serial port converter is being used by a majority 
of FT1000MP users???
