[1000mp] FT1000MP repair

I have disassembled the FT1000MP and am not able to find anything obvious on the VCO board. (bad solder joint, loose connection, etc.) I will need to send this radio out for repair. I once had the drivers replaced by a guy north of Atlanta , Ga.  Does anyone know his name, call, tel number, etc.?? Or maybe someone knows someone closer to the Denver area who is reputable and knowledgeable with FT1000MP repairs?
