[1000mp] Menu 9.2 Settings

As I recall my Mark V 9.2 original settings were 7 for each
of the band.  These setting will increase or decrease the TX
IF Gain for each of the bands.  I have most of my setting on
8.  It is similar to menu 9.1, but this menu sets the RX IF
Gain level and the 9.2 sets the TX IF Gain.  Hope this help.
To my knowledge a reset of the radio will not change the
settings in menu 9 back to default you must manually set
them.
