[1000mp] Shure 444d to 1000mp

OK, I'm stumped. After trying twice to connect a Shure 444D to my 1000mp I need help. I have the pinout, and just need some advice on how to connect the mike. Thanks. PS, these 8 pin connectors are a real pain with my big hands and weak eyes.
