[1000mp] ARRL Mail Servers

Hello 1000MP Fans:

It appears that the issue with ARRL mail has passed.  It seem that they were
getting so much spam that their servers were overwhelmed (denial of
service).  For now, mail to ARRL addresses is flowing again.

The ARRL admins are aware of the issues and are looking at solutions to
prevent this again.  Perhaps a dedicated server that allows connections from
friendly servers.

We apologize for the interruption of your reflector postings.  All is well
again.
