[1000mp] Mark V PA failure. Need source for devices

I have a 1000MP Mark V that appears to have suffered PA failure. Both PA 
FET's show short circuit from gate to drain. I see on line that Digi-Key 
in the US has them for $65 each and RS components in the UK has them for 
£71 (about $142) each. These are the only two sources I have been able 
to locate where I might be able to buy them relatively easily. Any other 
sources known?

Is the PA failure common? The original owner told me that it failed when 
operating in Class A.
