[1000mp] Mark V Field Display Problem

I have a Mark V Field that has the display delay problem that
seems to be geting worse.  It has been up to five minutes
befor the display would appear and has been averaging 45 
seconds to 2 minutes.

The temperature in the shack is always 60 or above and does
not seem to have any bearing in the display.  The dim or
bright setting for the display does not affect the delay 
time.

I have looked through the archives and found a few comments
but no real fixes to the problem.  

Has any one come up with a solution or is it time to take
it back to Yaesu?   This is one of the last Field's - about
a year and a half old  -  ser 5J33XXXX.
