[1000mp] Technical supplement

I have recently acquired an FT-1000MP and as I do my own service work I 
would like to obtain a Technical Supplement for it.

I have visited the VA3CR web site and downloaded the partial supplement and 
the schematics, but I also want/need the printed circuit board layouts.

Does anyone know if the supplement is still available from Yaesu, and if so, 
is it an original full color supplement or a photo copy?

I have browsed eBay but the CD manuals I have purchased there are really 
poor quality and unless someone can recommend a vendor I will not go back.

Or, does anyone have a 'real' Yaesu Technical Supplement that I can purchase 
(or borrow, to scan the pcb's)?
