[1000mp] MPV Driving SB220

I have been following this thread for a while. I used (still have) an old
SB220 from the first run of SB220s. I used the 220 with my non-mark V
FT1000MP (now 8 yrs old and no interface) for several years without any of
the problems mentioned in the thread. I then switched to an AL1500, still no
problems, and now I have Alpha 87. I, obviously, didn't use the first two
amps full break-in.
Maybe I am just lucky.
