[1000mp] MPV Driving Amp

Mike,

The process took me about three hours. It probably would have taken less
time had I not chosen to do it after midnight.

I cut the coax back in 6 inch segments. Each time I put the connector on,
I only soldered the very tip of the center wire. The compression of the
reducer into the PL259 was adequate for a temporary ground connection. This
allowed me to keep using the same connector.

There really was not much to it. It was more piece work than anything. I
became very good at putting the connectors on, HI.

Your article on the BHI module was quite interesting. I would kind of like
to get one before the article appears in QST. Will they be distributed in
the US? If not, I think I will go ahead and order one out of the UK.

Thanks, again.

Win
