[1000mp] Shipper and claims

Actually they do ship in two boxes. One for the chassis and one for the
transformer. The tubes in mine were packed well and secured inside the
chassis itself...in the original double box from Alpha. The last shipment
made it just fine. Agreed on the pallet being a little ridiculous. 
Nothing is going to stop damage. I was a professional musician on the road
for over 20 years and over 3300 flights. We used the heavy fiberglass over
wood Anvil flight cases etc..and they still tore them up...even put folklift
forks THROUGH one of my bass cases..and missed the bass!! Not a mark..Just
living right I guess!!

That's crazy....Now a fork lift operator is going to handle every amp and 
first have to remove that palletized 10KW generator from on top of it to get

it out of the truck...

Why not ship it two boxes...or three as other amp manufacturers do.  Heavy 
iron in one box, tubes in one box and chassis in another.....reduces the 
damage potential of all involved...

Just my 2 cents worth....
