[1000mp] Display

The FT-1000MP MK-V here runs on a dual ASTRON
13.8 volt, 70 ampere and 30.0 volt, 25 ampere power supply
setup. These are linear types, not switchers.

My display panel will sit blank for a few seconds even though
the two power supplies below have sat for a minimum of 30 seconds
before applying any loads, s it's not the supplies that are causing
this phenomenon.

I think what's happening is not a lingering problem with the HV supply, 
but a cap taking a while to charge in some kind of step-start circuit in 
the display.
