[1000mp] Display

This is a very common problem for the 1000MP series. Some do, some =
don=92t
have the display behavior being described.  The one I have has the delay
come on problem, but if I turn the power supply on first and wait a few
second before turning on the rig the display lights up instantly.  As to
Yaesu=92s claim about the problem being temperature related, I=92m not =
sure
about that claim.  My shack=92s temperature is a constant 75 degrees, so =
I=92m
not sure about the changing temperature claim.  I do know some strange
things can happen to electronic equipment when subject to temperature
changes.
