Connect the relay of the amplifier to the  transmit ground on back of the 
Mark V.

Connect the ant connector on the mark V to RF in on the amplifier.

Connect the RF output connector of the amplifier to the antenna tuner's 
transmitter connector.

Connect the antenna to the coax on of the tuner.

Leave the ALC disconnected.

Keep the power of the Mark V below 70 watts when using the amplifier.
