[1000mp] Problem With Audio Feedback In Headsets On 40 Meters

Every time I transmit on SSB on 40 Meters, I get really terrible audio feedback distortion through my YH-77 headsets audio output.  However, when I disconnect the headsets and use my SP-8 Speaker--there isn't any audio feedback or distortion.  By the way, the SWR is 1:1.

This audio feedback problem only occurs on 40 meters.  Has anyone else experienced the same problem with the FT-1000MP Mark V?
