[1000mp] Source For Prewired Cable with Mini 8 pin Male and Female Connectors On Each End.

I have an Yaesu MD-200 desk mic connected to my Yaesu Mark V and I am
looking for a prewired cable with mini 8 pin male and female connectors on
each end of the cable.  I need this prewired cable to extend the length of
the short cable that is connected to the bottom of the mic head and connects
to the base stand with a mini screw on female connector.
