[1000mp] key click mods

I hear the W8JI version does a better job, but it looks a bit more 
complex.  I installed the INRAD version in both of my regular MPs in a 
couple of hours, and I'm no whiz.  Proper equiment is essential to keep 
from butchering SM parts.  I have photos on my webpage:

I have no before/after measurements, but I guess it works.  Nobody has 
complained about my signal since I've done it.
