Very odd occurrence..when any of the contour buttons are selected, if you
hit the NB button, the radio immediately goes into a downward scan...if you
turn contour off..the scanning stops. Anyone seen this before, it there
something hidden in the menus somewhere. I have had three MP's since 1996
and this is the first really unexplainable occurrence I have found that I
cannot figure out.  BTW it is a Mk 5.
