[1000mp] Pop in speaker

Sorry for the  multiple post  
if it happens  I forgot what 
 address I used 

    Question is  that troubles me 

  On  CW  with my FT1000mp field

   
when in cw  bk-in  I get a   pop  between sending
,in the speaker when returning to RX (this is
when I have a filter selected other than  NOR)
  If I have nor selected  it works ok   

 this is also in  manual or vox  with the  delay
set  
when the  tx returns to rx  I get a  audio pop,
not too  load but just enough to be  annoying  

  is this normal  or  maybe I have a diode or
something gone bad ?
